Create a Login for a Person

In order to utilize the online services to Apply for a permit, Renew an existing permit, Update an existing permit or to request a Duplicate permit, you must register with the eGov site and create a Username and Password.

If you are the owner of a Business Entity or Facility and wish to register to maintain your business records, click Register a Business. To Renew a Personal Registration:

Enter your Registration Number and Renewal ID from the renewal notice you received from the State of Utah
Click the "Search" button to find your records in the system
