Create a Login for a Business

In order to utilize the online services to Apply for a permit, Renew an existing permit, Update an existing permit or to request a Duplicate permit, you must register with the eGov site and create a Username and Password.

If you are an individual and wish to register as a Personal Trainer or Immigration Consultant, click HERE to Register a Person.

To Renew a Business Registration:

Enter your License/Registration Number and Renewal ID from the renewal notice you received from the State of Utah
Click the "Search" button below to find your records in the system
